The Virtual Classroom/Meeting Room Plugin
This is the classroom plug-in you may need to install once before you try to access a live session. On most systems this is done automatically. If your system does not allow you to run ActiveX controls consider downloading and installing the plug-in.
Audio and System Testing Tool for First-time Users
This small piece of software will help you to test your internet connection as well as your audio device. Though it is not required you may consider running this tool in case you face connection problems.
Resolving Connection Issues
This pdf file treats connection problems. It describes different scenarios in which you might not be able to join a live session.
