Lost passwords can be restored on the respective log on page.
If you have lost your password please follow the Forgot Your Password link on the logon page. You will be prompted to fill in your account email address. A password recovery link will be sent back to you.
If you are a student and no longer have access to your email address please contact your training organization and the administrator should be able to restore your access.
If you are a school admin and no longer have access to your email, please contact Electa Live support by submitting a support request.
