Newly created recordings need some time before they can be played from all locations.
As we use a complex cloud infrastructure it takes some time before a recording is propagated to all cloud nodes, thus making it possible for your users to access is fast enough from all world locations.
During this propagation process you may see a text that reads Preparing next to some of your recordings. You do not really need to do anything about that. Soon such files will become available for you for playback.
