Similarly to scheduling live classes, you can also schedule real (physical events). This is an event that is held at a physical location.
When a physical event is set, it appears in your students’ calendars the way an online event would, but instead of an option to join the live online session, it provides them with information about the event and its physical address of location.

Scheduling Real Events and Classes

Once you need to select the location of the event click External Location.

This allows you to provide a physical address of where the event will be held. This can be a classroom in a school or a completely different external location such as a sports hall or theater.
